The management of our hotel and its staff express their gratitude for the preference and trust you show us. Our priority is to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for our guests and our employees. For this reason, from the first moment we followed the health protocols and proceeded to the following interventions and changes.

• Contactless check in.
• Check in: 15:00 Check out: 10:00
• Hand sanitizers with antiseptic solution in any common area
• Disinfection devices in each room with antiseptic solution
• Marking for the correct use of the elevator (we recommend to avoid its use)
• Signage for keeping safe distances
• Heat measurement on arrival (contactless)
• Room disinfection on departure and before arrival with steam cleaner and UVC lamps. All products we use are certified by the state.
• Cleaning a customer’s room only upon request.
• Responsible for action plan for the prevention, treatment of suspected cases, training and control of employees.
• Doctor on duty 24/7
• Certification from the Ministry of Tourism that in our hotel the hygiene protocols are observed
• Posted information in public areas with the rules of hygiene and safety.
